Introducing our 2022-24 Fellows!

November 16, 2022 lisho

We are thrilled to introduce our inaugural Pathwaves Fellowship Cohort!

Reshonna Booker Reynolds – MomsRising
Zana Crites – One America
Sandy Diaz – WashingtonState Association of Head Start and ECEAP
Maya Ewings – Washington Communities for Children
Sharissa Liam – Department of Children, Youth, and Families
Fernanda Martinez Novoa – Childhaven
Chelsea McElroy – Center for Children and Youth Justice
Shaterra Overton – Council for a Strong America | Ready Nation
Aicha Parkouda – Department of Children, Youth, and Families

We kicked-off our Fellowship program this week with a retreat at Salish Lodge. Fellows spent the following two days at their placement sites, and had their first weekly professional development session on Friday. In just this first week together, we have already seen the incredible commitment this cohort has to one another, to the Fellowship, and to our mission to build the collective power of BIPOC leaders in early childhood policy in our state.
