Over the last 4 years, Pathwaves WA has grown from an idea on paper into an organization with a mission and values that will be launching our first cohort of Fellows next month. Focused on building collective power with BIPOC leaders to transform early childhood systems, we could not be more excited to have matched our 10 Fellows with placement sites! Over the course of the Fellowship, they will grow their professional experience, skills, and networks while benefiting from dedicated professional development, mentors, and peer support. At the same time, our placement sites are joining us in a community of practice to advance anti-racist policy and practice in the early childhood policy field.

To help launch our inaugural Fellows, we are happy to announce our Founding Sponsors Campaign running September 21st through October 21st! With $5,000 in matching funds to seed the campaign, we’ve set a goal to raise $20,000 to support growing the collective power of BIPOC leadership in early childhood policy.  In our October newsletter we’ll share more detailed highlights about our inaugural Fellows and share our list of Founding Sponsors.

By becoming a Founding Sponsor, you’ll become part of the origin story of Pathwaves. We believe our shared work will transform the early childhood policy field in Washington state and move us towards a more just and joyful future for our children and families.

Join us by contributing to the campaign and help Pathwaves benefit from our matching opportunity. A successful campaign will signal to the Fellows that they have a broad community who believe in the work at Pathwaves and the promise of their futures in the field.

With gratitude for your continued support,

Pathwaves Staff and Board
