Our Collective Power Campaign ends on Friday, and we invite you to help us reach our goal of raising $20,000!
Last week, we introduced the new title of our annual giving campaign: Collective Power Campaign. This name change better reflects our mission to build the collective power of BIPOC leaders to transform early childhood systems.
Pathwaves recognizes that a barrier to entry for BIPOC leaders in policy is access to a robust professional network. This is why we intentionally cultivate a collective of leaders of color. In spaces where BIPOC leaders are not already represented, Pathwaves facilitates new connections through Fellow placement and sustained partnership. And in spaces where collaborative relationships already exist, we serve as a vehicle for them to continue to be fortified and nurtured.
Transformational change happens in community, and requires the participation of leaders of color at every level within the ecosystem. For our second cohort, Pathwaves is proud to partner with several BIPOC-led, grassroots organizations who are eager to develop their internal capacity. We see these partnerships as critical to developing Collective Power to advocate for systems-level change in their communities.
Thank you for choosing to be a part of Pathwaves’ community and supporting our Collective Power Campaign. We invite you to share our campaign with other members of your network who share our transformative vision.
