Celebrating the 2024-26 Pathwaves Fellowship Cohort

April 20, 2026 lisho

Pathwaves is proud to announce the conclusion of the 2024-26 Fellowship Program. On April 1st, we gathered our Fellows, placement site supervisors, alumni, board, and key community members at the Centilia Cultural Center in Seattle for a celebratory lunch. It was a beautiful time full of reflection, joy, and gratitude for the steadfast community that makes our work possible.

The event centered the Fellows’ stories, highlighting their reflections and aspirations as a testament to their Fellowship journey. Collectively, they painted a vision for the future they want to build: early childhood systems rooted in racial justice that invest in children and families. Stories were crafted in partnership with Storytellers for Change. Fellows participate in storytelling workshops at the beginning and end of the Fellowship program because we believe that storytelling is a vital ingredient in transformative change.
