The application for the 2024-26 Cohort is now live! The Pathwaves Fellowship is designed for leaders of color who are committed to transforming the early childhood policy sector. 

This is a full-time, paid, employment-based Fellowship. Fellows spend 4-days working directly with a placement site, and 1-day in professional development learning with Pathwaves.
